The Clover Group app is a bespoke tool that allows authorised users to keep track of their shipments. After logging in, the App lists the shipments on hand, showing the delivery status (indicated by a green tick or a red cross) and tracking number. Tracking information can be accessed by clicking on the left icon of the shipment, and shipments can be located via the Search bar at the top of the app. Searching for a shipment can be carried out by entering the shipments Portal Job Number.
